Biography RIKKi sent my album 1st "El Otro Lado De Yo" for a nomination in the Best New Artists category in the Latin GRAMMYs.
I sent my album the 2nd Latin album 'Mi Ruego Por Tu Dulce Amor" in the Tropical Salsa category.
I can say I'm a card carrying member of The Latin Recording Academy now. I carry it in my wallet.
BMI Latin: My Latin songs/ Latin Repetoire is along side the works of big names Selena and Willy Chirino.
I've always wanted to be a crossover artist into Spanish speaking Latin market. In the American GRAMMYs I
nominated Marc Anthony's "Iconos" and El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico "Sin Salsa No Hay Paraiso" they got nominated.

Among the places i was most popular NYC, MIAMI FL, AND PUERTO RICO, AND Texas. I got picked up by Terra from Colombia and Chile.
Itunes officially declared my 2nd Spanish album "Mi Ruego Por Tu Dulce Amor" a Salsa/Tropical album.
On Itunes Rikki La Rouge is listed in the Latin,Salsa, and Tropical genres with big names like Willy Chirino, Marc Anthony, and Tito Puente.
My 1st album in Spanish "El Otro Lado De Yo" is on Amazon Best Seller list and it's also available at Tower Records.

My primary influences are Selena and Willy Chirino. What u get with me is Tropical/Latin/Salsa.
