  BIOGRAPHY
Formed in 2010, The Tomfooligans have been playing Celtic Punk Rock in pubs around the Houston area for the past two years. The band consists of four members, Jude Sisk on lead guitar, Patrick Fendley on bass, Alistair McIntyre on drums, and Robert Rogers on bagpipes.
